Albert L. Wysocki

Lake County Criminal Defense Lawyer

I have been engaged in the General Practice of Law and Criminal Defense for over 30 years, since leaving the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Bench as a Judge. I am recognized by my peers as a highly competent, effective trial lawyer. I am well versed in the issues of Criminal Constitutional Law and am frequently consulted by other members of the profession on such topics. I am actively involved in mentoring young attorneys and law students.

Professional Experience

As such, I conduct periodic seminars with Municipal Officials relating to Code Enforcement, Land Use, Municipal Administrative Procedures and similar topics.

I have been able to guide officials and officers in practices designed to increase municipal revenues. I am involved in all aspects of TIF District issues, Municipal Code drafting and revisions, legal opinions and the representation of the Villages as Chief Legal Counsel.
